CACSGHD-23PRO, CACSGHD-30PRO, CACSGHD-45PRO,
CACSGHD-60PRO, CACSGHD-70PRO, CACSGHD-80PRO
Warranty Edition: June 6, 2025
Coverage Duration: 5-Year Limited Warranty
Warranty Scope #
Circul-Air Corp extends a limited warranty to the original owner or properly transferred party, covering:
- Full Parts Coverage: 3 years from installation (or 2 years if not installed by an authorized distributor)
- Major Structural Components: 5 years coverage on:
- Inner cylinder (including coupler & shaft)
- Bearing and bearing seals
- Frame assembly (hard-mount)
- Inner/outer frame (soft-mount)
- Applies up to 66 months from manufacture date
Warranty Conditions #
- Parts Replacement Only: No labor or shipping costs are covered
- New Parts: Covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 12 months, whichever is longer
- Proof Required: Serial number, model, and proof of purchase are mandatory to initiate warranty claim
- Return Policy: Parts must not be returned without written authorization from CAC
Exclusions #
The warranty does not cover:
- Fuses, or damage from power surges
- Improper installation or misuse
- Third-party or modified parts
- Machines not mounted to CAC-approved bases
- Wear from foreign object damage, acts of God, vandalism, or negligence
- Incidental or consequential damages (including lost time or use)
